Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes! FeedTan Charity is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so all donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You'll receive an automatic tax receipt for your donation.
How can I donate?
You can donate online through our secure payment system, by phone at (555) 123-4567, by mail, or through our mobile app. We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and stock donations.
Can I specify where my donation goes?
Absolutely! You can designate your donation to specific programs like school nutrition, community gardens, or emergency relief. If you don't specify, we'll use it where it's needed most.
Volunteering
How do I become a volunteer?
Simply fill out our volunteer application form on the Get Involved page. We'll review your application and contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss opportunities that match your interests and availability.
What are the volunteer requirements?
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old, complete a background check, and attend orientation. Some roles may have additional requirements. We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and skill levels.
What volunteer opportunities are available?
We offer various opportunities including food preparation, distribution, community garden work, event support, administrative tasks, and remote volunteering. You can choose based on your skills and interests.

What programs does FeedTan offer?
We offer school nutrition programs, community gardens, emergency relief, sustainable agriculture training, and food distribution services. Each program is designed to address specific food security needs in our communities.
Where do you operate?
We currently operate in over 50 communities across the country. We're continuously expanding to reach more areas in need. Check our impact page to see our current service areas.
How do you measure impact?
We track metrics including meals served, families helped, volunteers engaged, and program outcomes. Our annual report provides detailed impact data and stories of transformation.

When was FeedTan founded?
FeedTan Charity was founded in 2009 with a mission to address food insecurity through sustainable, community-based solutions. We've been growing our impact ever since.
How is FeedTan funded?
We're funded through individual donations, corporate partnerships, foundation grants, and fundraising events. 98% of donations go directly to programs, with only 2% for administrative costs.
